I am just not used to such a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction. I have renovated a number of houses and have not come across this before.
From the time you did the quote and gave an accurate estimate of starting time, the help in sourcing materials from ZIPS in Newtown and that whole introduction, I was confident of the company. As i mentioned in the telephone call, the fact that you employ tradesmen who are proud of the standard they produce is a great business model.
Steve the builder/carpenter was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and his joinery was perfect. I have never seen doors hung so perfectly and everything square! John the plumber was patient and helped ensure the outside hot water service was just how I wanted it to be. His standard of work was also faultless.
Steve Burke the electrician designed the lighting so as to maximise the illumination and also did a great job. Isaac the plasterer was an artist. Heeven stippled the wet plaster to "match" the wallpaper stippling on the extra section of the wall. Jason ("Jace the Ace"). What can i say? The man is a genius. I have never seen tiling like it. The way he tiled the shower floor is extraordinary. Beautiful cuts and the result is perfect. A man who enjoys what he does, obviously.
I am very happy with the result, and whatever you are paying them is not enough!

Wayne of the Bathroom Building Company attended to my bathroom and toilet renovations for us in August of this year.
The level of workmanship was excellent and all work was completed in a professional manner.
Wayned called us personlly to provide an estimate of costs then took several telephone calls from us regarding the work to be completed.
He started the renovations on the date advised, finished on time and within the budget agreed. He also liaised with registered master plumbers and electricians for the sub-contract work.
We are very satisfied with our new bathroom and toilet and are happy to recomment Wayne to any prospective clients.
